200$ per hour for service with a minimum 1.5 hours charged. So you aren't walking out of here for less than 500$. They wanted to charge me over 300$ for diagnosis without my authorization, and did not want to remove it from the total bill as is customary when work is done. Also wanted to charge me 700$ for parts that I found online for under 300$ total. Their labor rates are too high. Their markup on parts is too high. Keep in mind I have already spent over 10k getting repairs to my sons cars over the last 5 years. This place is best for the elderly that have unlimited budgets, no tools, no internet, and no clue about reality in the automotive world. Proceed with caution.

Doug's Master Auto Repair is run like a well oiled machine I was told the job would take 1 hour and it did Staff is very polite, experienced and professional
