Doug and his team at Master Auto Care is top-notch team. Their service is awesome, great communication from them as well. Fair pricing and honest opinions. We worked closely with John, 10/10! He understood our needs and our budget and was able to repair our vehicle. Really enjoyed working with them.

Everything was perfect and exactly as I would hope to be treated as a valid customer and it's really nice the technology that they are using to show photos and explanations on what should be repaired I can't believe that I have not used them before I finally brought something to them and I consider them to be my new shop great job Melissa...

John and Melissa have you all checked in and ready as soon as you arrive. Then Mitch the mechanic takes over. All with great attitudes and smiles. One of my headlights went out. So just change the bulb, right ? Not so fast !. An A+ tech at a top tier repair shop will diagnose further and on my vehicle checked further that the bright and side marker signal were all also out, what are the odds that all 3 bulbs were simultaneously blown out ? Through diagnosis discovered an intermittent wire break with a defective connector switch. I don't know about anyone interested enough to be reading this but I'd rather not pay for labor and parts swapping out still serviceable components for new that doesn't remedy an issue coming back. That's why I'm a repeat customer at Master Auto Care, the employees working for Doug know their business. Service Advisors Melissa and John listen to our concerns and give the information to the techs to fix problems with appropriate materials. Thanks Doug.

Not all auto parts are equal. Its the same for auto repair shops. The people owning and working at Master make the difference there. Doug hires those who know their roles. Service Advisors Melissa and John listen to customers to order the correct components and communicate the information to the A+ techs to diagnose issues. I dont know about anyone else checking this out but I dont want to pay for labor and parts that were not needed and dont remedy the problem and then have to do a comeback that could have been fixed the first time. Thanks for your great people giving us outstanding and competent service, will return to you again, Doug.
