Did not complete the job kept the car for multiple weeks put other people in front of me to get their jobs done charged me $3000 plus in the car was as bad as when I brought it in

Had the tires replaced on my 2017 VW GTI and front and rear suspension aligned. The tires are balanced perfectly, and the car handles like new an excellent job.

Returned for an oil change after the recommended new engine break-in period. Because of their close attention to detail they located a very small leak around the water pump. Your guys promptly replaced it with a new one, which was covered by your excellent warranty on your work and parts. Thank you Melissa for your excellent service and going the extra mile! I required a complete motor replacement for my 2015 Yukon and based on the recommendation from Jasper Engines ,Doug and his team of expert mechanics went above a beyond during the whole process. Melissa provided a detailed and comprehensive overview prior to the work being started. She was very professional and knowledgeable, answering any and all questions I might have during this process.
