Today I was at the shop. MY WORK STARTED ON TIME. AS USUAL I MIXED UP THE JOB. WE COULDN'T FIND THE SPECIAL TOOL TO REMOVE THE LOCKING RIMS. THIS AT BEST WAS EMBARRASSING CONSIDERING THIS IS THE SECOND CAR IT HAPPENED ON. SEVERAL MECHANICS SHARED TOOLS AND BROKE OF THE LOCK NUTS THAT I HAVE NO USE FOR. NEW LUG NUTS WERE ORDERED. THEY CORRECTED MY ALIGNMENT.. FUNNY HOW IT IS ALWAYS THE CURB SIDE THAT GETS OUT OF SYNC. HUMM MUST BE ME. BUT THAT IS WHAT I EXPECT AT THIS SHOP. 15 MAYBE 20 YEARS HAS TAUGHT ME THIS. NOW I NEED TO TESTIFY. WHILE I WAS THERE I WAS LISTENING TO A FELLOW WHO WAS ON A TRIP. HIS TRUCK BROKE DOWN. HE LUMBERED BACK TO THE BOYS. hE WAS TELLING THE PEOPLE ON THE OTHER END OF THE LINE HOW HE HAD FOUND THE PERFECT SHOP TO GET HIM AND HIS SON BACK ON THE ROAD. HE MENTIONED HOW HE HAD FAITH IN THE SHOP AND WOULD NOT BE GAUGED BECAUSE HE WAS A NO RETURN CUSTOMER. HE TOLD THE PERSON ON THE PHONE HOW THEY HAD TO EMPTY THE TRUCK TO GET TO THE PROBLEM. HE SAID THEY RECOMMENDED A PLACE TO EAT AND TRUSTED THEY WOULD DO THE RIGHT THING. bY THE WAY. THE OWNER WAS NOT AT THE SHOP. THAT TELLS YOU THIS IS HOW THEY HAVE BEEN TAUGHT AND WHAT DOUG THE EXPECTED. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN BY ACCIDENT. THIS IS HOW THE SHOP HAS BEEN TAUGHT. WHILE I WAS THERE I HEARD A SECOND STORY ABOUT A CAR PASSED IN A DEATH OF AN ELDERLY. IT WAS EXPLAINED THAT THE CA NOT VERY NEW WAS GOING TO TRAVEL TO VEGAS. IT WOULD BE A FAMILY CAR FOR A DAUGHTER. THAT CAR WENT THROUGH A CHECK TO BESURE IT WAS FIT. iT WENT THERE BECAUSE OF TRUST. gREAT PEOPLE, FAIR PRICES, GOOD PARTS, AND A HISTORY OF SUCSESS.
