Employees are nice. But the pricing doesn’t add up. I know exactly what the part cost ($200). I have a good idea how long the labor should have been (@ $180 hr). They claimed it took their experts 1.5 hrs to find out what was wrong with my car. Then told me they weren’t sure what was wrong and it would be another 3 hours of labor to find out. I declined their vague quote and picked up my car. I fixed it myself with YouTube videos in 45 minutes - lose wire connection didn’t even need a new part. They still charged me $260 to waste my time. It’s really hard to find good honest people right now.
