I just want to say thank you to Doug and Kristen. I own a limo company. When one of my cars has a problem i need it fixed fast and fixed right. Time is money. I use Master Auto Care because i know im getting a company who knows what they are doing. Thank you guys. Keep up the great work. P.S.They have been in business for years. Its family owned and the owners daughter will shuttle you back and forth to pick up your car.


Doug and his staff are knowledgeable honest and efficient and they do what they say they're going to do they do it fast and they it right so it only has to be done once which is all you can really ask for in a mechanic they're great for foreign cars my Mercedes runs better now than ever has since I took it here I would recommend to all my friends and family


When I was a younger guy, I went into this shop for a problem with my car. Now that Im a bit older and wiser, I realized they completely ripped me off. Be wary when using this shop, I wish I was. Or if you use these guys, get two or three different other quotes before making the decision.


The shop does good work and has friendly service.

Horrible Customer Service Skills!!!!! This was the second time I've used this company. The first time the service was slow, they didn't call back when they said, and it took 3 days to get a tire on my car. But everyone has a bad day so I used them a second and now LAST time. This last time I brought my car in for a simple tire repair, and got some very minor scratches on my rim, I called to tell them, they said it was not possible. I asked if I could bring it by in the morning. When I went by in the morning I was treated like a criminal, told it was not possible, and that they did not want my business anyway. The sad part about it is, I would have been fine with a simple hey maybe some dirt got on the machine and a I'm sorry. I told the guy I wasn't asking for anything from him, just bringing it to his attention so it could be avoided in the future.
