Avoid this place. They just want your money. Total waste of time. Took my truck in for an alignment, had an appointment set for 8AM, but dropped my truck off the night before, as I had said I would. Had not heard from them at 10:30 so I decided to give them a call. There response? “Oh we were wondering who’s truck that was!” They haven’t even started yet... few more hours went by, still No word from them, so I called again. They said “we sent you a text, we can’t do your alignment...” I did not get a text from them. I was told they could not align my truck because all four ball joints were totally shot, in addition to my steering box. They quoted me at over $1600 of work just to get a proper wheel alignment. Knowing that this was a flat out lie, (because I had just done front end work on my truck myself, and checked my ball joints!!) I decided not to bother arguing and just go pick my truck up. I immediately took my truck to another shop directly across the street where they had my truck aligned right away, showed me the alignment sheet and everything was all mine perfect. When I asked how the ball joints and steering box looked, they said ONE ball joint was just starting to show signs of wear, but was no concern at all, and did not effect the alignment. Not to mention, the alignment cost HALF of what it was at MASTER AUTO!!! Disappointing! Avoid this shop as all they want is your $$$$!!!
